Want A Lunch Date?

It’s official – I’m a relationship kind of girl.
My longest relationship started in 2007 and 5 years later, we are still going strong…mainly because I got locked into a contract with the other party that I can’t get out of without severe penalties and partly because as with most relationships, despite our ups and downs,I am content at least 80% of the time and I’ve grown so darn comfortable that I honestly can’t be bothered to wiggle out of the relationship and start afresh with some other company.
Thats right,I’m talking about my cell phone company.
Dating wise, thats a whole different story.

I love meeting new people but sometimes I get entirely too busy with work, being a mommy and just life in general that I hardly ever have time to go out there and meet people thats why I’m excited about a service called “It’s Just Lunch”.
It’s basically a dating and match making service for busy singles.
They do all the work for you and all you do is show up at the restaurant and have fun on your date.
How awesome is that??
Now ofcourse they can’t guarantee that your lunch date will turn into a relationship but hey, they at least take the stress out of finding a partner by matching you up with some cool people they think you’d be compatible with.
You’ve been eating lunch alone every single day – wouldn’t it be nice to have some company for a change?
Food somehow tastes better with good company.

Which is why I’m excited to announce that I’m giving away a one year membership to “It’s Just Lunch”.
They have over 100 locations.
Google them, learn about the company and then in the comments section simply tell me why you want to win this awesome prize.
I’ll randomly choose a winner on August 15th.

x 1 per person

Ends 8/15

Edit: Winner has been chosen (via random.org) and contacted.

I would love to win because I’m too busy and too shy to get out and meet guys normally! This would be a great icebreaker!

    Thanks!!
Good tip, i like your site… Good job!

I want to win this for my friend, who just got out of a long-term relationship and wants to date again, but is having trouble finding women that are nerds. Finding people with similar interests is challenging in the ‘Seattle freeze’!

This is exciting & would be SUPER AWESOME! Have been a member of match.com & eharmony with no luck, not happy with that pool of “fish”… It’s soooo hard out there to meet a good man & I need help! I know women who have been members of It’s Just Lunch & they had good experiences – one is now happily married. I’ve looked into it – sounds fabulous, but I just can’t afford it on my own right now. My friends have NO single friends to hook me up with, so maybe you can hook a sister up!?! 🙂

I would love to try this as a way to meet men. I teach elementary school where 95% of the employees are woman. So I do not have coworkers as potentials. I m at the point of giving up the look, so hopefully something like this would be nice.
