Project Blissful: A Whole Life Approach To Feeling And Looking Amazing

A few months ago while Facebooking, I noticed my feed was crowded with posts about a new way to lose inches without dieting and I was skeptical but curious – afterall I am a woman who at some point carried another human being in my belly for nine whole months and I have been struggling a bit to get back to my pre-mommy shape. So I figured,in addition to my walking and trying to eat right, it wouldn’t hurt to check out this new fad and long story short, it did work for me. Not immediately but over the course of three days I did lose a few inches. Will it work for you?Maybe, maybe not but what do you have to lose besides a few inches,right?
